the hardest bit was making the cork butt ,as they were so thin i couldnt find pre holed corks in that size so had to cut each one out to the required bore.i bought the arial from Ivans half way up masons hill bromley ,you know the one opposite the paint shop with the parrot with a taste for blood i can provide a piccy of a later taperflash (IMHO a fine rod and better and lighter than cane) but my tank arial probably is in keston but i'm not sure it could be the medway
